As a part of the Leadership Team at Option One, Kulwinder Singh is the Managing Director of Option One India and joined Option One in 2002. Prior to joining the company, he served for 20 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army. He has 25 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications fields.
Singh holds several college degrees, including a bachelor’s degree in science; a bachelor’s degree in technology, electronics, and communication; and a master’s degree in computer applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
Bharatendu heads HR, Training and Administration at the Captive BPO of Option One India, Pune. He brings on board rich and diverse experience ranging from combat to Project /Process Management and Training. Prior to joining Option One, Bharatendu worked for a year in Canada and joined Option One at Bangalore in July 2005, where he helped transition and stablize critical mortgage processes. The highlights of his role in the army include combat and staff appointments. He was an instructor in the Faculty of Computer Technology and Systems at a premier engineering college of the Indian Army and has also served as a System Manager and MIS Consultant with the Software Development Centre.
Bharatendu is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and holds a post graduate degree in Strategic Studies from Defence Services Staff College. His career spans 25 years, in varied capacities and he has also been involved in the following initiatives
(a) Member of team assigned to formulate policy on Computer Literacy in Rural Area as mandated by National IT Policy
(b) Formulation of Software Standards for Indian Army
