Option One Mortgage India is a wholly owned subsidiary of
American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. a residential loan servicer with operations in the United States, India and Philippines.
As of October 2008, we have over 800 actively engaged associates working at Option One India in Magarpatta City , Pune. We also have over 400 associates working with our business partners in the National Capital region of Delhi to provide voice, data and software development support for our parent company. In addition to this, we also have KPO services responsible for Capital Market and Financial Market analysis and ITO services responsible for operations, development and maintenance of mortgage servicing platform.
We

are engaged in the business will do everything they can for
their customers. Associate engagement at Option One India
is fostered by offering an outstanding benefits package and
a great work environment that includes a state-of-the-art

two guest apartments for use as temporary accommodations
for associates who are relocating.

Our Pune facility is located in Magarpatta City, which is
