David M. Friedman, Chairman Option One Mortgage Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd.
David M Friedman is the Chief Executive Officer of American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. He is responsible for Operations and Strategic Vision for the company. Prior to joining American Home Mortgage in August, 2004, He worked for over 28 years in the Sub Prime Financial Services industry in a number of Senior level servicing positions, most recently as President of PCFS, Mortgage Servicing in Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition, he founded Calmco/Olympus Loan Servicing in Austin, Texas. He also held Senior servicing level positions with Advanta/Chase Mortgage and Nations Credit/Bank of America.
David holds Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate Degrees, both with distinction, from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
Kulwinder Singh, Managing Director Option One Mortgage Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Kulwinder is responsible for establishing and operating Option One Mortgage Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd. He is also a Executive Vice President in the Sourcing Office of Option One Mortgage Corporation. Some of his Option One career highlights include the strategic execution of major software projects and the outsourcing of business processes to multiple vendor sites globally.
Singh joined Option One in 2002. Prior to joining the company, he served for 20 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army. He has 25 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications fields.
Robert L. Love, Jr., Director
Option One Mortgage Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd. Robert L Love is the Executive Vice President – Strategic Initiatives and Transaction Management with American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. He is responsible for the Sourcing Office which manages the offshore vendors and India Captive, as well as Business Project Management, Process Improvement, Client Relations, and Transaction Management areas. He also focuses on evaluating and analyzing new business opportunities and other strategic initiatives for AHMSI.
Robert joined Columbia National (predecessor company to AHMSI), Inc. as special assistant to the CFO in 2001. During his tenure he prepared the financial documentation and managed the due diligence process, culminating in the sale of Columbia National, Inc. to American Home Mortgage in June 2002. He was also instrumental in transitioning data, systems, and procedures between the two entities to facilitate the smooth assimilation of CNI into AHM. In 2003, he created the Loan Sale department as part of the Servicing Division.
Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland.
F. Norton Wells, Director
Option One Mortgage Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd. F. Norton Wells is the Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer of American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. He is responsible for the company’s Loan Administration, Customer Care, Collections, Default Management and Human Resources operations. Prior to joining American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. in May 2008, he worked for 32 years in the Financial Services / Mortgage industry in a number of Senior level servicing positions, most recently as Executive VP of EMC Mortgage Corp., Senior VP of Provident Bank’s PCFS Mortgage Corp., Executive VP of Centex Home Equity Mortgage Corp. and Executive VP of Associates First Capital Corp.
Norton is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Stephen A. Hozie, Director
Option One Mortgage Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd. Stephen A. Hozie, is the chief financial officer of American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. He is responsible for the company’s Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Financial Planning and Analysis operations. Prior to joining American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc in June 2008, he was the Chief Financial Officer for American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. (AHMIC), the prior parent company of AHMSI.
Stephen has over 22 years of experience in mortgage banking, holding positions in accounting, secondary marketing, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. He is a CPA and started his career as a Senior Auditor for Touche Ross and Co, one of the big eight public accounting firms, and since then he has held finance related positions with Sears Mortgage Corp, First Western Mortgage Corp, Norwest Mortgage (now known as Wells Fargo Mortgage), Mellon Mortgage and Fleet Mortgage before becoming the CFO for AHMIC in March 2002.
Stephen also holds a BS degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
